Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Life Bot stores and how you stay in control of your data.

What we store

• Your account (email, name) and Telegram link.
• Your messages with the assistant and the memories it saves about you.
• Reminders, scheduled tasks, and usage/billing records.
• OAuth tokens for integrations you connect (e.g. Google Calendar), encrypted at rest.

How it's used

Your data is used only to operate your personal assistant. It is isolated per user and is not sold. We send necessary data to service providers that power features (e.g. OpenAI for AI responses, Stripe for billing, Telegram for messaging).

Your data is your own

You can view and delete individual memories and reminders from the dashboard at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated data permanently from the dashboard ("Delete account") — this removes your messages, memories, tasks, integration tokens, and browser profile, and cancels any active subscription.

Security

Passwords are hashed and integration tokens are encrypted. We do not log raw tokens, passwords, or sensitive message contents.
